With events such as the celebration of our fifth anniversary with a Parisian touch, the two weeks of the Binance Blockchain Week or the Web Summit, at Binance we manage to be the kings of the party in all corners of the world.
2023 is also going to be a big year when it comes to Binance celebrations, so keep an eye on our events calendar.
There's nothing like meeting a Binancian in person, and this past year we hosted events in more countries than ever before.

Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai
In March last year, thousands of BUIDLers, Binance users and cryptocurrency fans gathered at the Dubai World Trade Center to enjoy a three-day lineup of top-notch blockchain-related events. The context in which this event was held was vitally important, as 2021 had seen incredible growth in blockchain-based innovation and media attention.
With such a favorable outlook for the blockchain sector, we took advantage of the convention to explore and try to understand how all the pieces could fit together. The convention aimed to offer something for everyone, covering three main fields: the growth of the cryptocurrency ecosystem (everything related to adoption, development of the sector and user security); how to navigate the worlds of NFTs, GameFi and the metaverse; and how to master the fundamentals of cryptocurrency investing and trading.
But not everything was going to be about helping people open their minds and sharing knowledge: thanks to the numerous side events, parties and community super hangouts that were held, we were able to enjoy together the Dubai sun and the great atmosphere that, in At that time, it was the biggest Binance event of 2022 .
Binance Blockchain Week in Paris
After the Dubai bombing, we knew we had to do it again, so in September, six months after the UAE bombing, we organized another Binance Blockchain Week in Paris. With the City of Lights as a backdrop, we met again to analyze what was driving the world of blockchain with some fantastic speakers and artists .
This second edition adopted such Parisian themes as fashion and the media, and studied them in depth with the help of the people who know the most about the subject. For the occasion, we have a star-studded cast of figures from the media and blockchain world: from María Sharápova, who was once the number 1 tennis player in the world, to Panos A. Panay, president of The Recording Academy .
Primavera Sound in Spain and Portugal
In 2022, Binance made itself heard, literally, by having its own stage at Primavera Sound. The party went on for two full weekends that were filled with cryptocurrency payments, NFT drops, prizes, drinking and POAP in the two festival locations: Barcelona and Porto.
The more than 5,000 attendees were able to experience NFTs first-hand from June 2 to 12 at our two Binance Houses in Porto and Barcelona. Additionally, over 5,000 drinks were given away to holders of our POAP NFTs. We are also very proud to have been able to offer real and tangible benefits with our NFTs.
